This heart centered herbal tea blend promotes physical and spiritual heart health. Boosting our mood and strengthening our actual cardiac muscles. Nature is so rad! Smooth, mild lemon flavor. An easy to drink tonic perfect warm or cold. The name is a nod to a song my dad's band made way back in the day but, truly, this plant based remedy is just that... a joyful transplant for your heart and soul. Where to? A stronger, safer place.

Ingredients...

Lemon balm: As a gentle nervine, lemon balm helps to calm and rejuvenate the nervous system. Great for calming anxiety and nervousness. Known to "make the heart merry." Lemon balm gently stimulates the liver and helps to enhance digestion. Lemon balm is also a potent antiviral and can be of great help during viral illnesses, such as colds, flu, and even during a bout of shingles. It can assist the body in fighting infection, while easing the discomfort and restlessness that can sometimes accompany illness.

Hawthorne leaves & flowers: Antispasmodic, cardiac, diuretic, sedative, tonic and vasodilator. Like Hawthorn berries, Hawthorn leaf and flower has a hypotensive effect as well as acting as a direct and mild heart tonic.

Rose hips: Vitamin A is beneficial to the immune system. It can help to prevent infections from both bacteria and viruses. It helps the immune system to fight off any infections that do occur too.

*Although lemon balm is considered a safe herb for most people, those with hypothyroidism should use lemon balm with care. Also, pregnant and nursing mothers should use lemon balm with caution.
